Kids yoga is a great continuation on from both the baby yoga and Inbetweenie courses, providing a great way for you and your toddler to interact in a positive way, helping to promote good health and a sense of well being for you both. The main focus of these more active sessions is on having lots of fun. Together you are taken on a journey with yoga based activities combined with tales, rhymes and songs designed to enhance your little ones use of imagination and individual creativity, Working together in yoga inspired poses you help to facilitate the movements and model the practices. Free expression time is given to your toddler at the end of the class while you benefit from the all-important relaxation.
KIds yoga is a wonderful way for you both to continue to experience and share the joy of yoga.

Classes run weekly (term time only). All equipment is provided, just bring a drink and snack for your little yogi's as these active sessions can be thirsty work.
