Little sage baby yoga classes are suitable for mums and babies from 12 weeks old, following their 6 to 8 week check with the GP. Classes are structured but are very much lead by you and your baby’s needs. Sessions are fun and friendly, incorporating dry massage, gentle stretches, moves and soft songs, all designed to aid the natural bonding process and support your baby’s development. Post-natal yoga based stretches are included for mum, helping to restore balance and help recovery after birth. Each class concludes with a lovely joint relaxation for you and your baby with time for a soothing drink and a chance to share your experiences with other like-minded parents in a calm and relaxed environment.

Little Sage parent and baby yoga classes follow the birthlight philosophy, aiming to provide an opportunity for you both to relax and share the enjoyment of movement together in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Classes run weekly (term time only). Each course consists of 6 sessions. Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are provided. Comfortable clothing is advisable.
